Office day!  I am working with Tanja and her office assistants (Rojo and Tinah) to update the standards.  A lot of new procedures have been added (blood analysis, how to prepare for scheduled  c-sections, vaginal ultrasound technique, AFI, how to do vaginal exam with specula, and many others).  Some older ones have been updated with new methodology (induction procedures optimized, treating hypertension with new meds etc).  It has been a productive couple of days as standards are being written and updated.  My trusty medical book Facharztwissen Geburtsmedizin has been a good accompaniment!
